The Baker Program in Real Estate welcomes Nicolas Garnier to its Distinguished Speakers Series on Thursday, March 28, 2013.
Mr. Garnier is a member of the Board of Directors of Swiss Development Group (SDG) and was its CEO from 2008 until 2011. With more than 20 years of experience in the development of premier resorts in Switzerland, France, Asia, and North America, Mr. Garnier is actively involved in business development strategy and the research and acquisition of exceptional properties for SDG projects in Switzerland and abroad.
Prior to joining SDG, Mr. Garnier developed award-winning resorts and residential projects for Intrawest Europe SA and Pierre & Vacances SA. Prior to that, he held the position of General Manager for Spie Batignolles.
Mr. Garnier graduated from the Ecole d’ Architecture des Beaux Arts in Paris, France and earned an M.Sc. from the University of Cincinnati. He is a citizen of Switzerland and France.
