Konrad Wos ’76 Joins Baker Students for Distinguished Speaker Series on October 8, 2015

200_KonradThe Baker Program in Real Estate is excited to welcome Konrad Wos’76 to this week’s Distinguished Speaker Series. As Managing Partner of Wos & Wos Development Corporation, Wos will share with students the insights he has gained in his 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry, with an emphasis on how value is created through the real estate development process.

Wos & Wos Development provides a wide variety of consulting services while focusing on active management of each phase of the development process. An architect by training, but with expertise in acquisitions, financing, and asset management, Wos brings a unique set of skills to his work. His professional experience includes conducting feasibility studies, strategic site evaluations, and adaptive repositioning of corporate assets. His firm specializes in resolving complex property issues through objective analysis, market re-positioning and project restructuring.

Formerly a senior architect with the New York firm Voorsanger and Mills, Wos graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelors of Architecture, and from Princeton University with a Masters of Architecture. He is also an award winning boutique winemaker.
