2016 Cornell Real Estate Conference: Woody Heller Managing Director Capital Savills Studley

Cornell’s 34th Annual Real Estate Conference is excited to welcome Woody Heller, Executive Managing Director andwoody-heller Capital Transactions Group Head at Savills Studley. Mr. Heller will be a panelist on the “The Intersection of Change and the Design/Built Environment” panel at the conference.

Mr. Heller has  over 34 years of experience in the real estate business. In his current role, he is responsible for investment sales activity in the New York market, specifically the office, residential, and specialty retail buildings; he also has expertise in development sites. Separate from the outright sale of properties, he has also structured participating and/or convertible mortgages, equity joint ventures, the sale of partial interests, and note sales, the most notable of which was the sale of the notes and mortgage encumbering the Chrysler Building.

Mr. Heller received his undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and received a graduate certificate in Real Estate at the Real Estate Institute of New York University.
