Worker is the President and CEO of BridgeStreet Global Hospitality, the leading international provider of full-service apartments. As one of the most influential leaders in the full service apartment space, Worker will give valuable insight to graduate students about full service apartments and their role in the hospitality industry.
A full-service apartment is a fully-furnished apartment that provides hotel-like amenities for its guests. The serviced apartment space is growing due to a boom in longer stay international travel. BridgeStreet caters to these guests by providing fully serviced apartments as an economic alternative to higher priced hotels.
As the CEO of a firm with nearly 50,000 serviced apartments across 60 countries, Sean is responsible for overseeing the company’s development, finance, sales, marketing and legal activities. Prior to joining BridgeStreet in 2009, Sean was responsible for managing over 650 properties for the Wyndham Hotel group and was a board member with CHI hotels and resorts. Sean is a native of Galway, Ireland, and holds a BA in business with a specialty in Hotel & Hospitality Management from the Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
