Adam Gallistel, Managing Director at GIC and regional Head for Americas, will be participating as a panelist for the discussion on institutional real estate allocations. Adam has worked on a broad array of investments at GIC including equity JV’s, debt purchases / originations, LBO’s, restructuring, and funds. His geographical experience includes the US, Brazil, and Mexico. His investment activities have spanned all real estate asset classes including office, industrial, retail, hotel and residential.
Adam has more than 19 years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to GIC, Adam worked for LaSalle Investment Management, where he invested in land development, and successfully restructured the debt of a 1000 room hotel development in Florida. He started his career at The Concord Group, a real estate consulting firm where he provided development feasibility analysis for developers, municipalities, and investors. Adam holds a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
