Cornell University is excited to welcome Bill Tresham, President of Ivanhoé Cambridge, to the 34th Annual Cornell Real Estate Conference. Mr. Tresham will be a panelist on the “A Look Downstream: An Analysis of Investment Trends” panel at the conference.
Mr. Tresham is responsible for Ivanhoé Cambridge’s investment, operations and development activities. He plays a key role in the expansion of the Company’s business platforms globally. Prior to coming to Ivanhoé Cambridge, Mr. Tresham was Chief Executive Officer at SITQ, a predecessor company. Mr. Tresham has over 30 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Tresham has served in various volunteer capacities for Princeton University. For many years, Mr. Tresham served as a Trustee of the McCord Museum of Canadian History. In the real estate community, he is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute, where he served at one time as Chairman of the Institute’s Quebec chapter.
Tresham has a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and holds a law degree from McGill University.
