Submissions accepted until February 15th, 2021
Author(s) describe and analyze developments in their areas of expertise or interest as they relate to real estate. The articles should represent original work, ideas or research and are accepted from academic faculty, alumni, real estate professionals and students studying for either a masters or PhD. The suggested length is 5,000 words, submitted as a Word document file.
Abstracts:
An abstract of not more than 100 words, summarizing the research purpose, method and findings, is required.
Introduction and Summary:
Each paper should include an introduction section, which follows the title and a summary which provides a non-technical statement of the main conclusions.
Exhibits:
Illustrations, tables and figures must be titled and numbered consecutively. Please check that the text contains a reference to each exhibit. Verify that all numerical amounts add up to totals shown in the tables and that significant digits are rounded to no more than 2 or 3 numbers. All figures need to be sharp, clear and laser-quality.
Mathematical Proofs and Equations:
Lengthy mathematical proofs and extensively detailed mathematical tables should be placed in an appendix (or omitted entirely) and every effort should be made to explain the proofs. Equations should be placed on a separate line, centered and numbered consecutively at the right margin.
Footnotes:
Footnotes in the text must be cited consecutively, as superscript numbers, and when applicable, cross-references. The references should be single-spaced and appear on the same page as the citation in the footer of the Word Document. Avoid numerous and lengthy footnotes.
Acknowledgments:
Authors may include a brief acknowledgment. It should appear after the references.
