Sean Mashian

Sean has worked in public accounting and in real estate finance for the past three years. He most recently worked at California Republic Bank, a commercial bank with over $2 billion in deposits headquartered in Irvine, CA, as a Credit Analyst. In his time there Sean successfully underwrote over $100 million of credit lines and monitored a real estate portfolio with over $250 million in outstanding credit. Sean also has career experience in complex analysis models for the calculation and presentation of discounted cash flows, IRR, hurdle rates, cap rates, financial statement analysis, and profit & loss projections for purchases and developments across the country. He also has received CPA licensure in California.
