Roshy Chhillar is a first-year masters candidate in the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University, SC Johnson College of Business. Roshy is an Editor for the Cornell, Real Estate Review, Captain of the UT Austin Case Competition team, VP of Alumni/Outreach for the Associate Real Estate Council (AREC), and VP of Career Development/Corporate Outreach of the Association of Cornell Women in Real Estate (ACWIRE). She studied Econometrics and Business at New York University (NYU) as an undergraduate student. Prior to Cornell, Roshy worked as a valuations associate with Savills focusing on multifamily and office offerings. She recently interned with Brookfield Properties in its portfolio management and financial planning team. Upon graduation, Roshy plans to work in investments and asset management.
