Rohit Kharche is a first-year master's candidate in the Baker Program in Real Estate at Cornell University's SC Johnson College of Business. He is the Co-President of the Associate Real Estate Council (AREC), VP of Financial Affairs of the Baker Student Organization, and an Editor for the Cornell Real Estate Review. Prior to Cornell, Rohit worked as a Development Manager at The Baya Company, a multi-family development company focused on slum-rehabilitation projects in Mumbai. He has a B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a M.Sc. degree in Economics. Rohit is also an FAA licensed airplane and helicopter commercial pilot. After graduation, he plans to take up impactful multi-family housing development opportunities in the United States.
